• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of another person’s or organization’s rights;
• Your misuse of website content, assessments, or resources; or
• Your account, communications, or other materials submitted through the website.

A. Good-Faith Negotiation. Before starting arbitration or filing a lawsuit, you and Well Ordered Leaders/Grace and Truth Resources, LLC agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the website or these Terms and Conditions.

The party raising a dispute must provide written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution. Notices may be sent using the contact information in Section 20. The parties will allow at least 30 days for good-faith negotiations before beginning arbitration or litigation, unless a shorter period is required by law or emergency relief is reasonably necessary.

B. Binding Arbitration. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Stearns County, Minnesota, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under applicable Minnesota arbitration law and any applicable rules agreed upon by the parties or selected by the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, subject to any rights of review or appeal that cannot legally be waived. The arbitrator may award any individual remedy that would be available in court under applicable law. The arbitrator may not award relief that conflicts with these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief from a court with jurisdiction when necessary to protect intellectual-property rights, confidential information, account security, or prevent immediate harm.

C. Class Action and Representative Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Well Ordered Leaders/Grace and Truth Resources, LLC agree that each claim may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The parties agree that:

• No arbitration or claim may be brought as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action;
• No party may participate as a class member in a class action involving a claim covered by these Terms and Conditions;
• The arbitrator has no authority to combine or consolidate claims or conduct a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding; and
• The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual party’s claim.

If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the remaining portions of this dispute-resolution section will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to the website will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except for matters required to be arbitrated under Section 15, any court proceeding permitted under these Terms and Conditions must be brought in a state or federal court located in or serving Stearns County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires another forum.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If it cannot be modified or limited, it will be removed. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Waiver

1. Your Assessment Answers Are Not Saved

The inventory / self-assessment on this website runs entirely within your own web browser. Your answers and your resulting score are calculated on your device and displayed on screen for you alone. We do not collect, transmit, store, save, or retain your assessment answers or your score. When you close or reload the page, that information is gone. We cannot see your answers or your results, and they are never sent to us or to any third party.

2. Information We Do Not Collect Through the Assessment

Because the assessment is not submitted to us, we do not receive or keep any of the following from it: your responses, your score, your focus areas, your name, or your email address. Completing the inventory does not create an account, join a mailing list, or send us any personal data.

3. Booking a Call (Third-Party Scheduling)

If you choose to book a free coaching call, that scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service. When you book, you provide information (such as your name, email address, and chosen time) directly to Calendly and, through it, to us so we can hold the appointment. That information is collected and processed under Calendly’s own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. You are not required to book a call to view your assessment results. Please review Calendly’s privacy policy before booking.

4. Information You Send Us Directly

If you contact us by email, phone, or mail, we will receive the information you choose to share (for example, your name, contact details, and the contents of your message). We use that information only to respond to you and to provide the assistance or services you request.

5. Automatically Collected Technical Data

Like most websites, standard web-server and hosting logs may record limited technical information such as your browser type, device type, general location, and the pages you view. This information is used to keep the website secure and functioning and is not used to identify you personally. We do not sell this information.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This includes information that might reveal religious beliefs or physical or mental-health information — because your responses stay on your device and are never sent to us. Please do not send sensitive personal information to us by email or other unsecured means.

This website is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
